Job summary

National Dental Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated L&D professional to support and execute initiatives that boost employee development, learning and engagement across the organisation. You will manage end-to-end training programmes, maintain training records, and oversee payments and grant submissions.

You will also assist with annual budget exercises and the biennial Employee Engagement Survey, collaborating with stakeholders to drive development outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification.
• 2 years’ relevant experience; public healthcare is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process of training programmes.
• Maintain accurate training databases and records.
• Oversee payment processing and training grant submissions.
• Support the annual budgeting exercise.
• Support the biennial Employee Engagement Survey.
