Job summary

You will manage nominations, applications, confirmations, and course administration, and monitor attendance and post-training documentation. You will also process training payments, reimbursements, funding, and claim applications; maintain the LMS with training catalogue, records, and learning history; and provide training support, including course materials and in-house venue arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in training administration and LMS management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with payments and reimbursements processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage training nominations, applications, confirmations, and course administration.
• Monitor attendance, training completion, post-training documentation, certificates, and results.
• Provide training support, including course materials and in-house training venue arrangements.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including training catalogue, records, and learning history.
