Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development coordinator with 2-3 years of relevant experience to support training needs and LMS administration. The role involves creating training materials, coordinating sessions, onboarding, and engagement activities.

Candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR or related field and payroll experience is mandatory. The position is based in the West Area with a 5-day work week and AWS + Bonus.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Candidate with experience in Payroll is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify organisational and employee learning needs and assist in developing training programmes and learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, e-learning content and other resources; support facilitation of training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate end-to-end learning activities: course registrations, enrolments, logistics, scheduling and communication with employees and external providers.
• Support onboarding, induction programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain training records and LMS documentation for learning programmes.
• Assist in coordinating performance management activities, including documentation, tracking and follow-up.
