Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Catering Sales Executive to drive catering sales from its Bedok North location. Working days are five days per week, Monday to Friday 9am–6pm with weekend event standby support.

You will handle sales leads, enquiries, site visits and cold calling; tailor catering proposals; coordinate events with kitchen and operations; and strive to meet monthly targets while ensuring guest satisfaction across all events.

Responsibilities

• Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
• Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
• To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client's needs for the event
• To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients and to create an overall memorable experience for clients
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations prior to deadline.
• Coordination of the booking of catering events and manage key events
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provides after-sales service and to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
• Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business

Salary : $3000 - $3600 + Commission
