Job summary

Talent First in Singapore is seeking an L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues across Kubernetes, cloud and data protection environments. You will analyze logs, identify root causes and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product-related issues.

The role requires hands-on Kubernetes administration, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP including EKS, AKS or GKE), strong Linux CLI skills, scripting (Python/Shell) and familiarity with CI/CD

Qualifications

Hands-on Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) including EKS, AKS or GKE.
Strong Linux and command-line troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Python/Shell scripting and CI/CD environments.
Prior customer-facing L2/L3 technical support experience.
Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery or data protection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 technical support for Kubernetes and cloud environments.
Troubleshoot backup, recovery, storage and cloud integration issues.
Analyse logs, identify root causes and reproduce technical issues.
Work with engineering teams to resolve product-related issues.
Provide clear technical guidance and updates to customers.
