Flywire in Singapore is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager II (Korean speaking) to lead client integrations and guide projects from discovery through go-live. The role supports APAC Sales and Relationship Management, delivering high-quality onboarding and technical consultation to ensure customer success.

You will manage multiple implementation projects, run workshops, provide post-implementation support, and contribute to internal knowledge through product documentation and feedback

Qualifications

• Experience guiding client integrations and project management.
• Strong technical consultation skills for APIs and payments.
• Korean language proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple client implementation projects to ensure successful execution.
• Guide discovery, portal configuration, integration, testing, and go-live stages.
• Provide post-implementation support and post-live optimization.
• Develop product documentation and relay client feedback to product teams.
