Job summary

KOTRA Singapore is seeking a committed Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across all academy branches in Singapore. You will lead a small team, coordinate schedules, manage student records and fees, and liaise with parents to ensure smooth operations.

This on-site role features Tue-Fri 1pm-9pm and Sat-Sun 8:30am-7:30pm (negotiable). A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience are preferred, with strong English communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred: Accounting, Hospitality, Education, or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• (Preferred) Experience in academic or education-related environments
