Job summary

Kyung Hee Orchard Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Management Executive to support daily operations and lead team coordination at Kyung Hee Taekwondo Singapore. You will ensure smooth academy operations and deliver quality service to students and parents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will manage registrations, attendance, schedules and look for process improvements to raise efficiency and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Degree in Accounting, Hospitality Management, Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in education or academy industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Taekwondo academy to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage student registration, attendance and course fee records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and communications from parents.
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily work assignments.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational processes and work efficiency.
• Assist with administrative and management tasks to support the overall operation of the academy
