Cygnify is seeking a Korean-speaking Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise AI-powered banking software engagements and drive successful delivery. You will manage client relationships, shape technology solutions, and coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, QA, and UX teams.

The role combines project delivery, solution consulting, and commercial engagement with opportunities to support business development and account growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise software projects in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong client-facing experience with proven ability to build trusted relationships, manage executive stakeholders, and drive customer success.
• Commercially minded with experience supporting business development, presales, account growth, or solution consulting activities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with confidence engaging senior business and technology leaders.
• Proven ability to balance customer expectations, commercial objectives, and successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience delivering digital banking, payments, lending, core banking, or enterprise financial technology projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered banking software development projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI/ML, QA, UX, and Infrastructure.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular executive updates, project governance, and risk management throughout the engagement.
• Ensure seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and advise on AI-powered banking solutions.
