Cygnify in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AI-focused banking software implementations. You will represent projects, ensure successful delivery of complex banking AI solutions, and manage cross-functional teams across product owners, technical teams, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in progressive project management within Banking/Financial Services, exceptional leadership and communication skills, fluent English and Mandarin, and PMP or equivalent

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years progressive project management experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects within banking/FS.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• PM methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid; PMP certification or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead the full project lifecycle for AI-focused initiatives in core banking solutions.
• Define project scope with product owners and technical teams; develop robust project plans.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster clear communication among team members, stakeholders and clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for complex banking implementations.
• Monitor progress against metrics and adjust as needed for objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.
