Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with AI, data or tech projects.

• Experience in banking/financial services governance and risk is a plus.
• PM-certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, AI engineers and technology teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with business objectives, while ensuring effective project governance, risk management and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects from initiation and planning through development, testing, deployment and implementation.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate across business, data, AI engineering, IT and external vendor teams to drive project progress.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear project objectives and actionable deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions meet internal governance, data privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
• Support the adoption and integration of AI solutions into existing business processes and technology platforms.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with exposure to AI, data or technology projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, generative AI, large language models (LLMs) and their business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in banking or financial services, with an understanding of technology governance and risk management, is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification would be an advantage.
