Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of AI initiatives within a banking and financial services environment. The role requires coordinating with business stakeholders, data scientists, AI engineers and IT teams to ensure governance, risk management and successful outcomes.

You will translate business needs into clear project objectives, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and drive adoption across platforms while

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience with AI, data or tech projects.
Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex technology initiatives.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and generative AI.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in banking/financial services governance and risk is a plus.
PM-certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead AI projects from initiation through development, testing, deployment and implementation.
Define scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and deliverables.
Coordinate across business, data, AI engineering, IT and vendor teams.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
Translate business requirements into objectives and deliverables.
Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure AI solutions meet governance, privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
Support adoption and integration into existing processes and platforms.
