Job summary

JANCHI is seeking a responsible and motivated Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant in Singapore. You will oversee Front-of-House staff, coordinate manpower deployment, and ensure smooth service while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance monitoring, inventory control, and daily opening/closing procedures. You will handle inquiries, promote sales, and assist with promotions and events to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the operational roster.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant operations is preferred.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering.
• Handle cashiering, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation when required.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling operating costs.
• Assist with promotions, reservations, events, and other operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore F&B regulations and company requirements.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
