Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Privacy Support Specialist to handle inbound privacy inquiries for the South Korean market, ensuring compliant and confidential communication. Based in Singapore, you will support a global privacy operations team and coordinate with regional stakeholders.

You will capture request details, route cases to the right internal teams, and assist with reporting, audits, and data incident support while managing a monthly volume of about 150–200 inquiries.

Formación

• Korean proficiency required to communicate with Korean users.
• 1–3 years experience in customer support, operations, privacy, or related roles.
• Able to handle a high volume of inquiries with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient with standard office software and quick to learn internal tools.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound privacy-related calls from South Korea in Korean with clear communication.
• Record user details, requests, and account information.
• Categorise and assess inquiries and route to appropriate teams within timelines.
• Submit intake forms through internal systems.
• Maintain records and manage tickets alongside call handling.
• Follow data protection procedures and escalate unresolved cases.
• Support compliance activities such as training, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Track inquiry volumes and escalation patterns.
• Assist with reporting of data incidents when required.
• Manage monthly volume of ~150-200 inquiries with accurate intake and follow-up.
