Based in Singapore, you will support a global privacy operations team and coordinate with regional stakeholders.

You will capture request details, route cases to the right internal teams, and assist with reporting, audits, and data incident support while managing a monthly volume of about 150–200 inquiries.

Qualifications

Based on site in Singapore, the role supports a global privacy operations team while working closely with stakeholders across regions. Responsibilities include triaging inquiries, maintaining accurate records, managing tickets, following compliance procedures, and contributing to reporting and audit support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Korean is required to serve and communicate with the Korean-speaking users based in Korea
• 1-3 years' experience in customer support, operations, privacy, compliance, or related administrative roles.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to learn internal tools quickly.
