Job summary

Axi is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the Korea market from our Singapore office. You will manage direct Korean client needs, help onboarding and activation, and contribute to client retention while coordinating with sales, compliance, payments, product, marketing, and operations.

In this role, you will monitor activities, escalate when needed, and help deliver timely, accurate client service in line with Axi’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Native Korean with strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in customer service, client relationship management, or brokerage operations supporting Korean clients.

Responsibilities

• Support direct Korean clients under the KAM structure and assist KAMs with onboarding, activation, retention, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Payments, Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure timely client support.
• Maintain records of client interactions and assist with market updates and performance feedback.
