Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to prioritize onboarding requests.
• Drive documentation and account opening processes from initiation to completion.
• Serve as point person for clients in the onboarding process.
• Liaise with Legal, Credit Risk Management, Counterparty Risk and Operations.
• Provide transparency to Sales and clients on onboarding status.
• Escalation point for issues/bottlenecks in onboarding.
