Job summary

Public Service Division seeks an experienced Senior Manager/Manager in Knowledge Management to lead KM frameworks, records management, and digital transformation across the Communicable Diseases Agency. You will drive knowledge capture, sharing, retention, and collaboration, while coordinating with divisions and partners to modernise information systems and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Knowledge Management experience with ability to develop KM frameworks and implement across organisations
• Experience in establishing and implementing KM systems (including change management) such as electronic records management systems and email management systems
• Strong change management experience and ability to foster knowledge cultures with Knowledge Champions across divisions
• Technology savvy with experience in knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms, and AI-powered KM tools for digital transformation
• Familiarity with Government Instruction Manual on Management of Public Records and government records management standards (IM4L)
• Independent and self-driven with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments and perform under pressure
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills and ability to work across divisions

Responsibilities

• Oversee KM frameworks and processes for knowledge capture, sharing and retention across the organisation
• Foster a knowledge culture with KM Champions to improve practices and capabilities
• Design and maintain knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms for accessible information
• Drive change management activities and awareness campaigns
• Oversee CDA's intranet portal and ensure content is current and relevant
• Explore AI applications and digital solutions for KM and records management
• Oversee registry and mailroom operations and drive digital solutions where possible
• Maintain ERMS and EMS and ensure compliance with government records standards
• Co-ordinate dissemination of policy updates and official communications
