Job summary

Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Knowledge Management Platform Engineer to bridge infrastructure and content design, enabling teams to store, discover, and share enterprise knowledge.

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide documentation and collaboration tools such as Knowledge Hubs, Wikis, Communications, and AI-assisted platforms, with focus on security, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Knowledge Management or related field.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and tools (Git, Terraform, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with REST APIs for platform integration and data automation.
• Deep understanding of identity management, SSO integrations, and permission hierarchies (Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Solid knowledge of knowledge management principles and taxonomy design.

Responsibilities

• Engineer Knowledge Management Platforms to organize and share critical information.
• Design and integrate AI and automation into workflows to enhance sharing.
• Apply DevOps practices (CI/CD) to automate deployments and workflows.
• Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor platform health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the collaboration experience.
