Job summary

CSIT, a Singapore government agency under the Ministry of Defence, seeks a Knowledge Management Platform Engineer to bridge technical infrastructure and user-focused content design. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise knowledge hubs, wikis, communications, content collaboration, and AI-assisted platforms to enable teams to store, discover, and share knowledge securely at scale.

As CSIT is restricted to Singapore Citizens, only Singaporean applicants will be considered.

The Knowledge Management Platform Engineer bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and user-centric content design, making it effortless for our organisational teams to store, discover, and share enterprise knowledge. The engineer designs, implements, and maintains our enterprise-wide documentation and collaboration ecosystem, which comprise of Knowledge Hubs and Wikis, Communications and Messaging, Content Collaboration, and AI-assisted platforms. In this role, you are also responsible for the technical health of these platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and highly performant.

As CSIT is an agency under the Ministry of Defence (Singapore), only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
