Jws Cuisine Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare cold and hot dishes, handle raw ingredients per SOP, assemble products, and package food for delivery. You will maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and assist with inventory and ordering within the facility.

Rotate night shifts are required. The role involves working 11am–11pm with 4 days off per month and 2 hours break. Prior kitchen experience and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Chopping/Cutting/Slicing of ingredients
• Familiar with South Asian cuisine
• Willingness to learn
• High level of initiative
• Able to work well as a single individual and as a team player
• Food Safety Level 1 is a must

Responsabilités

• Prepare and handle preparation of cold food
• Prepare and handle preparation of hot food
• Prepare raw ingredients as per SOP
• Prepare cooked and partial finished product as per SOP
• Assembling product as per SOP
• Food Preparation for Delivery/Catering Guests
• Food Preparation for quantity ordered by the outlets
• Packaging of food as per SOP for delivery purpose
• Maintain a high level of hygiene standards
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and overall kitchen cleanliness
• Assist to Manage Inventory level inside the facility
• Assist to Manage Ordering inside the facility
• Follow the rules and regulations of the company policy and facility location policy
• Reports to Kitchen Lead
