Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a kitchen assistant to support daily food preparation and cooking.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred.
• Korean cuisine experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and cooking under the chef.
• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
• Assist with preparation of vegetables, sauces, noodles and other menu items.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Ensure food preparation areas, kitchen equipment and workstations are kept clean and hygienic.
• Assist with receiving and storing ingredients.
• Check food quality and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimise food wastage.
