Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Kitchen Assistant in Singapore. Shift options are 7am-2pm or 10am-5pm from Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break.

The role requires 1-2 years of kitchen experience, ability to stand for long hours, and capability to read for stock-taking and dispatching tasks. Salary is SGD 1,800 monthly. Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of kitchen assistants experiences

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP in Central Kitchen
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Maintain cleanliness & food hygiene standards
• Basic Knife Skills
• Able to stand long hours
• Able to read so can assist in stock taking, stock receiving and dispatching
• Able to handle day to day kitchen operation ie (Cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning)
