The ideal candidate will manage food safety standards, supervise staff, and handle various administrative responsibilities. With at least 2 years of relevant experience in KTV, restaurant service, or retail, and a Certificate in Food & Beverage service, the role also requires strong communication skills and a willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Ability to commit to shift work, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
• Monitor food management on site to ensure proper storage.
