Job summary

WILDSKEW PTE. LTD. is a casual self-service concept serving yakitori/skewer dons and invites a Kitchen Crew member to join our team.

Located near Kent Ridge MRT at NUS Campus, we offer flexible full-time options (6 days/week or 5 days/week) or fixed part-time (4/5 days/week). Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation and cooking, monitoring inventory, ensuring food quality and SOP adherence, cleaning duties, and maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; open to all backgrounds.
• Willingness to learn hygiene and SOP standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including restocking.
• Ensure the quality of food and adherence to SOPs.
• Work together to ensure smooth operations and timely food prep; assist in cleaning duties.
• Comply with food safety & hygiene requirements.
• Work with kitchen to clean down equipment and stations.
• Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities in kitchen.
• Assist as assigned by the mgmt.

• Full time: 6 Days / Week or 5 Days / Week
• Fixed PT: 4 / 5 Days / Week

(A) KITCHEN CREW

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation & cooking tasks.
