Job Summary

Prepare and marinate meats and ingredients, assemble skewers to restaurant standards, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support daily food production to ensure smooth kitchen operations at Baipule Korean-Chinese BBQ.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, and marinate meats and other ingredients to meet restaurant quality standards
• Assemble skewers and ingredients accurately according to restaurant specifications
• Store, handle, and use ingredients properly to maintain freshness and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils to comply with food safety standards
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operating procedures established by the restaurant
• Assist with daily kitchen preparation and food production tasks to support efficient kitchen workflow
• Perform additional kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor to ensure smooth operations
• Work effectively on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Collaborate responsibly as part of the kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere
