Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice in Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore, is hiring permanent kitchen staff to work shorter hours. This role includes CPF contributions and opportunities to grow within a beloved local F&B brand.

Responsibilities include assisting chefs with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, proper storage and stock rotation, and collaborating with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service or kitchen environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Present yourself professionally and maintain good personal grooming.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and maintain composure under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in kitchen, food preparation, marination, and cooking tasks.
• Support chefs by keeping the kitchen clean, organized, washing dishes, and handling utensils.
• Properly store ingredients, label dated items, and assist with stock rotation following food safety guidelines.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste in line with hygiene standards.
• Collaborate respectfully with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Help with other kitchen duties as needed to maintain efficient kitchen flow.
