Job summary

XIAO LONG KAN CQ PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled culinary professional in Singapore to specialize in Chinese hot pot cooking, prepare raw materials, and assist in recipe execution.

You will cook according to specified recipes, monitor station cleanliness, dish out and replenish during peak times, mentor new staff, and supervise the kitchen team. Attractive compensation is offered for the right candidate.
