Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Food Prep Assistant to support daily kitchen operations, including setting up and sanitising prep areas and ensuring SOP compliance.

You will label, sort, and pack items, cut and marinate ingredients, portion cooked food, maintain cleanliness and assist with shifts. Open to rotating shifts and at least 1 year in F&B.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitise food preparation areas before operations commence
• Perform basic labelling, sorting, and packing of food items
• Cut, marinate, and prepare raw ingredients according to requirements
• Portion and assemble cooked or processed food items
• Assist with cutting, washing, and adherence to food preparation SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness through general housekeeping duties
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisor

• 8hrs per shift
• Gross up to $2,900+
