Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for an F&B Stall Assistant / Cook to support island-wide operations in Singapore. The role includes cashiering, cooking, and food preparation across multiple stalls while adhering to safety standards.

Full-time positions involve 6 days per week with 6 or 8 hour shifts, and a monthly salary range of 1,800–2,500 SGD. Part-time roles are also available at 13–15 SGD per hour, with weekend and holiday work expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B operations preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering and taking customer orders, cleaning tables, washing dishes.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Eat. recipes and portion standards.
• Set up and stock stations with ingredients, garnishes, and equipment before service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and taste across shifts.
• Monitor food temperatures, rotation (FIFO), and storage for freshness and safety.
• Sanitize workstations and equipment; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts, ingredient orders, and deliveries.
• Follow kitchen schedules and plating/ticket times to meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Cashiering and taking customer orders, cleaning and wiping tables, and washing dishes and plates.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Eat. recipes and portion standards.
• Set up and stock stations with required ingredients, garnishes, and equipment before service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and taste across shifts.
• Monitor food temperatures, rotation (FIFO), and storage to ensure freshness and safety.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment; follow HACCP / local food-safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts, ingredient ordering recommendations, and receiving deliveries.
• Follow kitchen schedules, prep lists, and plating/ticket times to meet service deadlines.
• Adhere to workplace hygiene, safety, and company policies.
