Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant at Tai Seng.

The role runs Monday to Friday with two shift options: 7am-2pm or 10am-5pm, including a 30-minute break. A monthly salary of SGD 1,800 is offered, with responsibilities spanning food prep, plating, cooking, stock handling, and ensuring hygiene. You will support central kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist in stock taking and dispatching.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of kitchen assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day kitchen operations according to SOP in Central Kitchen.
• Plating food for counter service.
• Cooking and mixing rice.
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place.
• Replenishing required ingredients; cleaning and washing all used service/kitchen tools, equipment and workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness & food hygiene standards.
• Able to stand long hours.
• Able to read so can assist in stock taking, stock receiving and dispatching.
• Handle day-to-day kitchen operations such as cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning.
