Job summary

You will mentor staff, lead Kindergarten curriculum planning, oversee centre operations, compliance with ECDA/ECC guidelines, and sustaining ratios across all age groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of EC teaching with ECDA L2 certification.
• Experience mentoring or leading educators to improve teaching.
• Strong knowledge of child development and inquiry-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and enhancement of Kindergarten curriculum.
• Oversee operations and partnerships to ensure centre efficiency.
