Responsibilities

  • Lead teachers in designing, developing, and implementing quality early childhood curricula to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Coach and support teachers to monitor, assess, document, and maintain evaluations of children's learning and development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to market the school and maximize student enrolment capacity.
  • Manage cost control across all school operations to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Select, coach, and mentor teachers to strengthen professional relationships with parents, foster harmonious teamwork, and improve teaching performance for student growth.
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with teacher-to-student ratio requirements.
  • Oversee maintenance and optimal use of school facilities to provide a conducive learning environment.
  • Establish and sustain positive, effective communication with parents and the wider school community.
  • Organize school events that promote cultural, festive celebrations, and racial harmony.
  • Oversee the renewal process of the centre's licensing in compliance with ECDA requirements.
  • Lead and drive other management-related activities and initiatives to support school operations and development.

  • At least 2 to 5 years of teaching experience managing a preschool centre
  • Strong knowledge and experience in curriculum development and management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within the school community
