Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Early Childhood educator to join us as Vice-Principal, a dual role combining classroom teaching with hands-on leadership.

You will mentor staff, deliver ECDA-aligned English language and literacy instruction for upper-level preschoolers, manage rosters, and lead curriculum development while ensuring regulatory compliance. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, rotating 7am–7pm shifts, and a competitive salary with performance

Qualifications

• Leadership certification recognised by ECDA or currently undergoing leadership training.
• Solid classroom teaching experience, preferably with upper-level preschoolers.
• Experience teaching English language and literacy to children.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to an upper-level preschool class and deliver ECDA-aligned curriculum.
• Plan engaging lessons to promote language and literacy development and oversee classroom learning.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters; handle petty cash and groceries ordering; assist with billing.
• Conduct school tours and mentor teachers; lead curriculum development and improvements.
