ST. JOSEPH'S INSTITUTION INTERNATIONAL PRESCHOOL LTD. in Singapore invites an Assisting Principal / Vice-Principals to drive operations and pedagogical leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching aligned with the school’s philosophy, curriculum frameworks and regulations.

The role covers school sustainability, operational support, staff collaboration, family partnerships and transitions, and continuous improvement in curriculum delivery while maintaining compliance with ECDA and SPARK standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred) and/or ADECL.
• Minimum 6 years teaching experience with ECDA L2 certification.
• Experience mentoring or leading educators to improve teaching and learning.
• Strong knowledge of child development, inquiry-based learning, curriculum planning and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation and enhancement of Kindergarten curriculum.
• Coach educators through observations, feedback, and modelling effective practices.
• Support differentiated teaching, assessment for learning and planning for diverse needs.
• Promote curriculum documentation, assessment and program quality.
• Collaborate with Principal/VPs on audits, evaluations and improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong family partnerships and school-community engagement.
