Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Principal for our Preschool/Childcare/Kindergarten partner centres.

The role leads teaching staff, plans schedules, oversees daily operations, and supports SPARK accreditation while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Degree in ECCE or Diploma in Preschool Education – Leadership (DPL)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a preschool setting
• Experience with SPARK accreditation is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teaching staff in delivering the school's curriculum and policies
• Plan staff schedules and conduct regular team meetings
• Manage administrative duties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee daily centre operations, including childcare and infant care services
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
• Manage and support the SPARK accreditation process
• Build and maintain communication with parents and the community
• Perform other duties as assigned
