Job summary

OAKS PLUS LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a dedicated cook to plan and prepare nutritious meals for children at the centre, ensuring balanced portions and food safety. The role also covers maintaining a clean kitchen and assisting with basic housekeeping.

You will follow HECCP guidelines, manage meal times, sanitize surfaces, and keep equipment and fridge clean, while providing a reliable daily food order list and ensuring sufficient meals with allowances for second helpings.

Responsibilities

• Plans healthy and balanced meals, snacks and refreshments for children in accordance to HECCP guidelines
• Maintains hygiene practices during meal preparation
• Prepares and maintains a clean serving environment
• Assists during children's meal times
• Cleans and sanitizes tables, floors, and kitchen equipment after meals
• Prepares food order lists as required
