Job summary

Guidepost Global Education Asia seeks a Kitchen Assistant to plan and prepare healthy meals for children at Hillview, Singapore, following HMCCP guidelines. Qualifications

• WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Prior experience in childcare centres or hospitality (e.g. hotel/restaurant kitchens) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare healthy meals, snacks, and beverages for children.
• Ensure food is served in a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
• Maintain high hygiene standards during preparation, handling, and serving.
• Ensure meals are sufficient in quantity with options for extra servings.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized by following maintenance checklists.
• Assist in purchasing groceries and kitchen equipment with Head of School approval.
• Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas of the school.
• Support the centre's smooth operation by assisting with other duties as required by campus leadership.
