Job summary

ST Engineering, a global technology and security leader, is seeking an IT sales professional to service and expand enterprise accounts within cybersecurity. You will engage government and commercial clients, prepare costing sheets, and coordinate with distributors and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT sales experience in enterprise accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Team-player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts, obtains orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as any plan activities, annual analyses
• Monitors competition by gathering current market place information on products, pricing, etc
• Resolves customer dissatisfaction by investigating problems, develop solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation to management
• Present an overall costing sheet for a sales / project , to negotiate for best price for project / tender during bid phase
• Provide project costing sheets with supporting quotations from various distributors / vendors to project team for project handover
• Factor in any risk / man effort % into the costing sheet over the build phase or operation / service phase – this is to be presented & highlighted to the project team during handover
• Support project for a smooth transition during project handover example like proper handover to project team on costing sheet

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 – 5 years of IT sales experiences in Enterprise Accounts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Good organization skills and ability to multitask
• Team-player who can also work independently, dedicated team-member
