Job summary

ST Engineering Info-security Team in Singapore is seeking a hands-on technician to join our field service team. You will provide on-site technical support, perform assembly, testing, inspection and packaging of electronic products, and carry out fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Willingness to travel to customer sites, self-motivated, and able to work independently are important. A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in electronic assembly, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance or field servicing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a keen interest in hands-on technical work are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, field servicing and maintenance.
• Perform assembly, testing, inspection and packaging of electronic products and system.
• Carry out fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electronic product and system.
• Perform soldering and rework of electronic components, including fine-pitch SMT components, in accordance with quality standards and work instructions.
• Support product verification, functional testing, and quality inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of service, maintenance, repair, and test records.
• Support logistics activities, including collection and delivery of goods when required.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
