Job summary

ST Engineering's Cyber Team in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT sales professional to service existing accounts and secure new business across government and enterprise sectors. You will work from Jurong East, coordinating costing sheets, bids, and project handovers.

The role requires 3–5 years IT sales in enterprise accounts, strong organization, and the ability to work collaboratively or independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new ones.
• Submit activity and results reports to management.
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing.
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Present project costing sheets and negotiate prices during bids.
• Provide costing sheets with quotations from distributors/vendors for handover.
• Highlight risks and man-hours in costing sheets at handover.
• Support smooth project handover to project team.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts, obtains orders and established new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as any plan activities, annual analyses
• Monitors competition by gathering current market place information on products, pricing, etc
• Resolves customer dissatisfaction by investigating problems, develop solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation to management
• Present an overall costing sheet for a sales / project , to negotiate for best price for project / tender during bid phase
• Provide project costing sheets with supporting quotations from various distributors / vendors to project team for project handover
• Factor in any risk / man effort % into the costing sheet over the build phase or operation / service phase – this is to be presented & highlighted to the project team during handover
• Support project for a smooth transition during project handover example like proper handover to project team on costing sheet

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 – 5 years of IT sales experiences in Enterprise Accounts
• Good organization skills and ability to multitask
• Team-player who can also work independently, dedicated team-member
