INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Key Account Executive for a permanent role in the Food Manufacturing sector.

The position is located in Lentor with transport provided from designated pickup locations. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:45pm, offering a salary up to SGD 5,000 plus transport and mobile allowances, KPI-based incentives, and AWS. Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or equivalent with at least 1 year in Sales, KAM, or BD within FMCG/food sector.
• Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Oversee the sales cycle from business development to post-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
• Track and manage promotional budgets to maximise ROI.
• Ensure sales initiatives are executed and product visibility/merchandising is up to standard.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Oversee the sales cycle, from business development to post-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and manage promotional budgets to maximise business performance and return on investment.
• Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and monitor product visibility and merchandising standards where applicable.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance updates.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• At least Higher Nitec with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within theFMCG or food sector.
• Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term business relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an advantage.
