Job summary

UNIONE AI EDUCATION PTE. LTD. seeks a Brand Curriculum Product & Franchise Development Manager for a core hybrid role.

You will own end-to-end curriculum development and drive franchise channel expansion, building standardized curriculum packages and supporting partners to launch and operate education centres. The role entails leading franchise BD, creating SOPs/handbooks, and delivering teacher training, while preparing marketing materials for recruitment and pitching to potential partners.

Qualifications

• Must have strong curriculum development experience for K12 or enrichment education.
• Proven ability to independently develop a full curriculum from 0 to 1.
• Experience in franchise/channel BD within education brands is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop K12/enrichment curriculum from scratch with full packages.
• Lead franchise business development from lead to centre launch.
• Create franchise SOPs, policies, and operation handbooks.
• Manage franchise partners: training, pre-opening support, ongoing supervision, renewals.
• Prepare marketing & proposal materials for recruitment and pitching.
