Job summary

Sinopec Century Bright Capital Investment (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting professional to handle daily payments, manage entity accounts, and oversee related credit facilities in Singapore. The role is entry-level friendly and suitable for graduates with a proactive learning attitude.

You will contribute to monthly closings, assist in ad-hoc projects, and coordinate with IT for process improvements, while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional certificate.
• Detail oriented, hands-on personality, team player with reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in multiple languages required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily payments and loan application transactions for related companies.
• Manage a set of entity accounts and assist in opening/amendment/closure with various parties.
• Manage credit facilities with related companies.
• Perform annual credit reviews on related companies to ensure healthy operation.
• Ensure workflow compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job description

• Handle daily related companies' payment, loan applications transactions;


• Manage a set of entity accounts, facilitate in account opening/amendment/closure with various parties;


• Manage credit facility with related companies;


• Perform annual credit review on related companies ensure their overall health operation


• Ensure work flow compliance with all relevant internal procedures and regulatory requirements etc.


• Work with IT support for system troubleshooting/process improvement


• Support accounting department in monthly closing


• Any other ad-hoc project or tasks
