Job summary

Hansing Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking hands-on Junior Technicians to support cleanroom operations, component cleaning and inventory management of high-value semiconductor parts. You will ensure accurate handling and adherence to safety and quality procedures in a controlled environment.

Training will be provided to suitable candidates, with shift work and opportunities to learn advanced equipment and processes in a cleanroom setting.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering/related field required.
• 1–3 years of semiconductor/cleanroom/electronics/high-tech manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a Class 10/100 cleanroom and wear full cleanroom attire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect and verify incoming semiconductor parts.
• Clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using automated washing equipment.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Perform visual inspections and ensure components are free from contamination or damage.
• Prepare, kit and issue parts to engineering or production teams.
• Track parts sent for external repair or return-material authorisation.
• Update stock movements, repairs, returns and scrapped items in ERP/inventory system.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cleaning and inspection records.
• Handle high-value components carefully within a cleanroom environment.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with cleanroom, quality and safety procedures.
• Perform other operational or logistics duties as assigned.

You will manage the movement and cleaning of high-value semiconductor parts while ensuring that all work is performed accurately and in accordance with safety, quality and contamination-control procedures.

Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using automated washing equipment.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow the required PPE and safety procedures.
• Perform visual inspections and ensure components are free from contamination or damage.
• Prepare, kit and issue parts and materials to the engineering or production teams.
• Track parts sent for external repair, servicing or return‑material authorisation.
• Update stock movements, repairs, returns and scrapped items in the company’s ERP or inventory system.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cleaning and inspection records.
• Handle fragile and high‑value components carefully within a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with cleanroom, quality and safety procedures.
• Perform other operational or logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, electronics or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Experience in component cleaning, equipment operation, material handling, inventory or warehouse operations will be advantageous.
• Comfortable working inside a Class 10/100 cleanroom and wearing full cleanroom attire.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals while following PPE and safety requirements.
• Able to handle fragile and high‑value components carefully.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, ERP or inventory systems.
• Able to perform hands‑on duties and work independently.
• Candidates without direct cleanroom experience may be considered if they possess relevant technical or manufacturing experience and are willing to learn.
• Must be comfortable working shifts.
