Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is looking for a motivated Warehouse/Equipment Technician to join our cleanroom team in Woodlands.

You will handle, inspect, and clean delicate quartz and mechanical components using automated washing equipment, and ensure compliance with SOPs. You will manage inventory and parts, coordinate supplier repairs, and keep ERP/WMS records up to date. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a Class 10/100 cleanroom, and experience in high-tech manufacturing.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience within semiconductor, wafer fabrication, cleanroom, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in ERP/inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Handle, inspect, and clean delicate quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing equipment in accordance with established SOPs.
• Inventory & Parts Handling: Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming components against relevant documentation, while preparing and issuing parts to engineering teams as required.
• Repair Coordination: Arrange parts for external vendor repair, including RMA processing, shipment coordination, and monitoring of repair turnaround times.
• Inventory System Updates: Maintain accurate ERP/WMS records by promptly updating stock movements, repair status, returned parts, and scrapped items.
• Safety & Cleanroom Compliance: Comply with Class 10/100 cleanroom standards, chemical handling procedures, PPE requirements, and all applicable workplace safety guidelines.
