Job summary

TREVOSE PARTNERS EXECUTIVE PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment across functions within a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work with hiring managers, source candidates via LinkedIn and portals, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and help build the employer brand and talent pipeline while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A keen interest in fintech, financial services or online trading would be advantageous.

You will support end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract and secure talent across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer management.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
• Support recruitment reporting and administrative activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
