Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline; transition from agency recruitment to in-house welcome.
• Strong interest in technology and its application within financial services.
• Confident, personable and effective communicator.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised, quick to learn and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine willingness to develop.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to manager-level technology and operations roles.
• Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Develop an understanding of technology and operations functions within a large financial-services environment.
• Build capability in interviewing, stakeholder management and talent advisory.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting and administrative activities.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
