Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join the Internal Firm Services team. You will support end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to source top talent.

This role emphasizes data-driven insights and a proactive approach to build a diverse candidate slate. You should be able to navigate a complex organization, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or end-to-end recruiting.
• Experience with high-volume roles and stakeholder engagement.
• Fresh graduates or those transitioning from recruitment agencies are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end to end recruitment assignments, including interview coordination.
• Recommend appropriate sourcing & search strategy, conduct proactive talent pooling and provide valuable data-driven insights on the recruitment landscape
• Influence hiring managers & stakeholders to drive our diversity agenda.
• Demonstrate ability in working through change and will have significant experience within a complex organizational structure.
• You are commercial and analytical focused on understanding businesses and value drivers.
