Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in Woodlands, Singapore. You will perform quantity take-offs from drawings, assist with quotations, and help coordinate installation schedules for HIP/HDB projects while ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
Candidate will engage in variation orders, prepare commercial documents, and maintain records. Diploma in QS or related is required; fresh graduates are considered.

Location: Woodlands
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5:15pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + Performance Bonus, payable twice yearly subject to company and individual performance

Main Responsibilities:
Perform quantity take-offs from engineering and architectural drawings and assist with quotation preparation.
Consolidate completed installation works across project sites and prepare progress claims for submission to main contractors.
Assist with preparation and follow-up of variation orders and related commercial documentation.
Coordinate installation schedules for HDB Home Improvement Programme projects according to the main contractor’s master schedule.
Apply for fire-door labels with relevant certification bodies and coordinate their issuance and distribution.
Prepare and submit applications for approved door products under HDB material-listing requirements.
Maintain accurate project, claim and submission records.
Perform other related QS and project-administration duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Building or a related discipline.
Up to one year of relevant Quantity Surveying experience would be advantageous; candidates without prior experience may also be considered.
Experience in architectural trades, HDB projects or HIP projects would be advantageous.
Able to read basic engineering or architectural drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Good numerical, documentation and coordination skills.
Full training will be provided.
